What Does a Brave® Proof of Concept (PoC) Involve?

A Proof of Concept tests the Brave RFID Portal and TConnect application directly within your facilities. It goes far beyond a simple site visit, deploying specialist technicians on-site for one or more working days tailored to your operational requirements. Upon completion of the PoC, we deliver a detailed report outlining the results achieved and recommended next steps.

The Brave® PoC process comprises the following phases:

  1. Free Initial Consultancy

    A video call with our RFID Project Manager to assess project feasibility.

    1. If the project is not viable: No problem at all. We will not proceed with the PoC because we want to protect your investment, but we will provide alternative solutions.
    2. If the project is viable: Both parties benefit, and we move forward with the subsequent steps to execute the PoC.

  2. On-Site Technician Deployment

    A technician and an RFID project specialist visit your warehouse to conduct testing with the Brave RFID Portal and TConnect application.

    Pre-scheduled for typically 1 or 2 working days.

  3. Strategic Positioning of the Brave® RFID Portal

    Our experts determine the optimal placement for accurate read testing.

  4. Brave® RFID Portal Configuration

    The portal is configured according to your specific label types, tag placement on goods, cargo profile, operational workflows, and working environment.

  5. Live Testing

    Live read testing conducted using our TConnect application.

  6. Results Report

    Upon returning to Tecnipesa, we compile a comprehensive report detailing the performance metrics recorded during your facility testing alongside strategic recommendations.

Resources Included in a Brave® PoC

  • A technician and an RFID project specialist (as defined during the initial consultancy phase).
  • One or two working days (as defined during the initial consultancy phase).
  • Delivery, positioning, and commissioning of the Brave® RFID Portal.
  • Live testing and real-time read capture using the TConnect application.
